Andreas Paech – The english student, AKAI

Please introduce yourself: My name is Andreas Paech. I was born in Berlin 1993, but grew up in the area of Lüneburg. I was (unfortunately) only in London for six weeks from March to Mid-April 2013. The German web agency I interned for paid for me to come over and improve my english at a UK agency.

What are you doing now?

I’m gonna finish my apprenticeship – still in the same company. But I applied for an exchange year in the States. After it I’m gonna go to university.

Tell us about a fun anecdote or a specific job you remember from your time at Webdezign?

I was amazed about all the choirs everywhere – bus stops, escalators. Actually I meant queues, but I mispronounced it and I said choirs. 🙂

I remember a few jobs from my time at Webdezign, but most time-expensive was an application for Winkworth.

What was your favourite lunch?

Moussaka in the little white cafe in Totteridge.

What was the 1 single lesson you took away from your time at Webdezign?

I saw the most minimalist CSS, written by Peter. I cannot say what I learnt specific – I gained a lot of new experience.

Do you have an unforgettable moment from your time at Webdezign?

My time at Webdezign isn’t long away, so I haven’t an unforgettable moment – I remember the whole time yet. Ask in a few months again, maybe I can answer better.

How did you find & choose Webdezign in the first place?

I got to know of Webdezign by a former intern – Peter. We worked for the same company and he told me about you – of course only good.
